usersSub Account Management

Sub accounts allow you to allocate proxy traffic, manage access, and monitor usage separately for each project or team. This helps you keep data organized and secure while maintaining full control from your main account.

For traffic-based plans, you can freely create and manage your own sub accounts — up to 20. If you need a higher limit, please contact our support team. Sub accounts for Unlimited Plans are automatically created by the system when you activate your first Unlimited order. You can change their passwords at any time.

  1. Add Sub Account

You may notice a small suffix added to your sub account username when it’s created. This is automatically generated by the system to avoid username conflicts.

You can set a traffic limit for the sub-account. Leaving it blank or entering 0 means there’s no specific limit.

Sub account status can be Active (available for use) or Inactive (disabled).

Please note:

  • Username must start with a letter and be 4–12 characters long, containing only letters and/or digits.

  • Password must be 6–12 characters long and can include letters and digits.

  • The sub-account’s usage is constrained by your total balance.

  1. Edit Sub Account

The sub-account name cannot be changed, but you can update its password. Please note that when adjusting the traffic limit, it cannot be set lower than the sub-account’s current usage. You can find this value under the “Traffic Used” column in your sub-account list. However, the value may be slightly delayed in updating. If you receive an error message, try setting a slightly higher limit to ensure it’s accepted.

  1. Disabling a Sub Account vs. Deleting a Sub Account

Disabling a Sub Account Set the sub account status to Inactive. You can still view its daily usage in Usage Statistics after disabling.

Deleting a Sub Account If you no longer need the sub account, you can delete it. ⚠️ Please note: deleting is permanent, and all usage data associated with this account will no longer be accessible.
