What should I do if I can't connect to the proxy server?
Solution Steps
Ensure your network is not based in mainland China
Our proxy service does not support connections from mainland China. Please make sure your local network environment is not located in mainland China.
How to check your environment: Open the command prompt and enter the following command: curl ipinfo.io, then press Enter. As shown in the example, you will see the country and region of your network environment.
Verify if your IP is added to the whitelist (this step is not required for username/password authentication)
The whitelist authentication process verifies users through the IP whitelist. Therefore,you need to ensure your local IP is added to the whitelist. If you haven’t added it yet, please refer to our User Guide on IP Whitelist Management to complete this process.
